Private Residence

This project transformed a three-story single-family home through a comprehensive renovation of the lower two floors. A new addition makes a distinct architectural statement, while a new balcony extends the living space outdoors.

I took over construction management during a challenging phase of the project. Working closely with the client and trades, I resolved on-site issues, managed competing priorities, and kept the work moving toward completion. The result is a beautiful home with ample space for the family of four.
